2008 Central District Extension Faculty Symposium
April 9, 2008 - Lake County Extension Office
Plan on submitting an abstract to present a poster during the meeting. This is a great way to share the outstanding programs everyone is doing in their counties and also is another place where you have exhibited for your Tenure and Promotion Packet. Abstracts are due March 15, 2008, to Cynthia Minot in Brevard County.
Creative Ways to Provide Trainings
In light of both the state and county budget situations, the State 4-H office is looking at more creative ways to provide essential trainings to county 4-H Faculty. One way is to make better use of polycom. We are looking at presenting the workshops selected for the Extension Symposium using a variety of technology methods. Be watching for further news.
